Club Meetings: Every Friday 3.30-5.30p.m.

Venue: Classroom 4-32

*Club timings are flexible, even if you can't make it on Fridays, you are still welcome to join us!

UPCOMING ACTIVITIES:

Manga Workshop

-Create & develop very own original manga characters

-Fitting own characters into a storyline

BE YOUR OWN MANGAKA!

Animation Workshop

-Learn to animate your own character(s) created from the Manga Workshop

MAKE THEM MOVE!

*Completed works will be showcased & broadcast at the end of year event at Cineleisure Orchard

UPCOMING MAJOR EVENTS:

J-Fire will be co-organising with students from japanese clubs from various schools, such as NTU, JJC, NYP, NP, SP etc......

AUG Origami City - The Exhibition

-Origami > the art of folding paper to create 3D-form structures

-Building a "mega city"

-Showcased during NDP

"REVELATIONS" - JRock Concert

-JULY "The Gathering" > selection rounds for Jrock bands/individuals

-DEC The Show > concert & competition between finalists

*Winner(s) will be promoted and groomed further as recording artiste/band.

P.S. J-Fire is not participating in the competition, but as a co-organiser for the event.

DEC Cosplay Event

-Exhibition for cosplayers to display their costume/weaponries/make-up...etc

-Booths featuring anime related stuff

MECHAS

-Transformers as topic

*Cosplay event will be held in conjunction with the JRock Concert.

*Both are being held at Cineleisure Orchard or Suntec at year end.

The Street Gathering (monthly event)

-To do something like what Japan are having every weekend

-Creating a space to allow youths to showcase their talents outdoor

*Tentatively held at Dhobty XChange

*Not necessary to organise or help-out everytime.
